to develop resilience and wellbeing, especially during covid 19,
and for private unemployed individuals we aim for price not to be a barrier to access these valuable teachings.
So the courses are offered on a sliding scale with payment options and limited bursaries available. No refunds.

The courses are secular, (non-religious) experiential courses, and consists of eight weekly two hour sessions,
ONLINE, IN PERSON, with LIVE TUTORIALS
& LIVE INTERACTIVE PROCESS FACILITATION.

Join us for wonderful weekend away at the beautiful in Tara Rokpa Centre, near Groot Marico, North West Province. Only a 2.5 hours from Johannesburg.

Body like a mountain, Breath like the wind, Mind like the sky.
Embodying the Breath through Mindfulness
Experience the bushveld, pristine air, clean water and nature walks and the pleasures of a more mindful life. Gently nurture your body mind and spirit with rest, learning mindfulness and compassion practices and enjoy wholesome vegetarian food.
The relaxed weekend programme includes these optional sessions to choose from:
In the morning:
optional daily Guided Mindfulness, Compassion and relaxation practices to help you settle and calm your mind, open your heart - and ground yourself
daily guided mindful movement and body awareness practices
mindfulness poems you can use as inspiration to jump-start your daily journaling
Tree planting ritual and Introduction to Permaculture talk and tour
In the afternoons:
sleeping, relaxing on the day-bed on the stoep
guided walk to swim in the waterfall
self-drive to the nearby Eye (14m artesian well and source of Marico River)
In the evenings:
star - gazing
marshmallows around the camp fire
