As a Director of Mindfulness Africa and qualified Mindfulness Africa facilitator I focus on facilitating Mindfulness, Compassion and Insight courses, retreats, workshops & tasters for  groups and corporates, and offer private consultations and coaching.. 

 

My key focus areas include: 

  • Mindfulness Africa's Mindfulness Based Living Course as well as the Compassion Based Living Course (eight session experiential courses)for individuals, groups and corporates (NOW ONLINE COURSES)

  • Urban mindfulness and compassion retreats, workshops, talks, presentations and taster sessions 

  • Mindfulness and Compassion Retreats in nature (weekends and longer, as well as Bespoke retreats)

  • Private mindfulness consultations and coaching(by appointment only)
